4. Subscription & Payments

GoSmartea may be offered as a subscription-based service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge fees as per the selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property associated with GoSmartea are owned by Goanny Technologies Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business purposes.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of GoSmartea is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined there.

7. Limitation of Liability

Goanny Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use GoSmartea. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the service or other users.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoSmartea after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
